Eldan Abon-Kar
Eldan Abon-Kar (born 2-2125, died 7-2190):
Missing people was not a priority for the Starguild until the magnitude of Jonathan’s exodus focused attention on who had left.
Over six thousand like-minded individuals leaving the Starguild could not be ignored.
Investigators discovered thousands of additional people of the same caliber missing in the decade leading up to exodus.
Circa 2180, hundreds more were going missing each year.
The phenomenon become mainstream knowledge prompting Narjack Simms of the Galactic Press to interview peers of the missing;
consensus, they were the Guilds best and brightest.
Narjack wondered why he hadn’t been whisked away.
The ISS was tasked with curtailing defection.
Years went by with little progress.
Finally, ISS Lieutenant Claude Cambronne made a breakthrough linking the disappearances to an organization led by Eldan Abon-Kar, a viscount non-delegate noble within the Rank-8 Conferred Guild Abon-Kar Noble Household.
Cambronne led the investigation that forced Eldan to flee Earth aboard a defecting medical ship (Bandirma; 2190).
Cambronne led the task force that ran Eldan to ground, Bandirma surrendering to authorities at the deep-space station at Salk’s Landing.
Eldan spent his last days touring the station before quietly ending his life before Cambronne arrived.
