Preswick expanded and created PHL merging conglomerates led by Higa and Little.

Higa and Little concentrated on meeting Earth’s energy needs, while Preswick remained focused on starship power units.

Circa 2194, PHL is pervasive across the Starguild providing power, heat, and life support.

Headquartered on Juno, PHL is also the dominant supplier of matter annihilation fuel rods.
