Any issues associated with ICU, hanko, or identity must be resolved at secure identity centers.

These centers have the tools to change ICU and hanko internal settings: ICU level of invasiveness, user’s rank and corporate affiliation.

They also have the scanners to validate ID via biometrics and genome.
