Corporate fund executives issue bonds that fund enterprises on a quarterly basis.

Since the bond provides funding, the enterprise does not operate on profit and loss.

Fund executives provide a bond for X, because the executive wants X, not for X to make profit.

These enterprises typically employ Bondsmen to provide X for the Starcaste community.

There are different levels of fund executives: special interest, micro, small, mid, to large.

Successful executives move up the scale handling ever larger corporate funds.
