Tech Notes:

In its advanced form, displacer cycles around 4 times a second.

Fleur is a well-trained, aspirant Phoenix whose displacer leaves her vulnerable about 3% of each cycle.

A single projectile striking within a cycle, thus has a 3% of injuring her; 97% of the time, the projectile passes through without interaction.
